Welcome to Mushroom Survivor: Co-Op Battle Arena. By installing, starting, or playing our simulated arcade shooter ("the Game"), you explicitly agree to represent and abide by the terms, agreements, constraints, and conditions outlined in this single document.

1. Simulated Sandbox Usage & Items

Mushroom Survivor operates strictly as a simulated, sandboxed gaming environment. Please note the following regarding your digital progress and transactions:

• Mock Shop Transactions: Any inside-store gold coin top-ups or character license purchasing utilizes mock visual prompts displaying offline checkout simulations. No live financial payments are routed or debited.
• In-game Currencies: Game currencies (Spore Coins and Gem Shards) have zero real-world valuation, cannot be redeemed outside the software context, and are stored safely across user sessions in standard local device files.

2. Permitted User Networks & P2P Conduct

Mushroom Survivor provides access to a synchronized peer-to-peer (P2P) simulated communication loop. Users represent themselves through unique local screen names. To preserve game integrity, you must adhere to the following gameplay rules:

• Clash Impact Acknowledgement: Direct physical touches between characters trigger automated split-damage impacts scaled mathematically to active opponent kill registers, with extreme 1.6× multipliers added against less advanced spores. Avoid excessive collision loops to keep your player stats optimal.
• No Cheating: Modifying player persistence coordinate files, spoofing connection tags, or hacking currency numbers is prohibited.

3. Disclaimers & Operational Limits

The developer provides the Game "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding 100% server uptime, or cross-device cloud persistence guarantees since all major stats profiles reside locally on the host device via secure SQLite databases.

4. Revisions & Updates

We reserve right to revise, customize, or modify these Terms of Service asynchronously. Continuing to launch our application following updates constitutes absolute acceptance of any modified rules.
